[He sits up and unbuttons his overshirt and slides it off, and then pulls his undershirt over his head. Oh, Steve, why do you still dress like it's 1942?

Point is he is now shirtless over Bucky]

[ Well, he's just going to run his hands over Steve's chest now, because he'll be forever caught up in how much of him there is. ]

I'm not the one we should be double-checkin' with.

[Steve's hands are, likewise, on Bucky's chest. He had been sort of secretly fascinated with how Bucky filled out when they were teenagers, how one day he was a scrawny skinny kid and the next he wasn't. But that was before this, before Steve even understood this.]

It's my idea.

[He's smiling, a soft kind of smile.]

Yeah?

[ Leaning up, Bucky kisses him again, something strong and wanting underneath it. ]

[He moves into that kiss, pushing Bucky back against the bed.]

What do you think?

[ Oh. ] And you're totally one hundred percent sure y'want to do this?

[ Because if Steve says yes, Bucky's going to be raring to go and he has to be certain. ]

Yes.

One hundred and ten.

[ Which means Bucky just grins, drags Steve back down for a kiss, hands sliding down his back and holding on to his waist. ]

[Steve's hands trail up to Bucky's face, cupping it, the kiss deepening]

[ It's nice, Bucky hooks a leg around the back of Steve's knee, holds him in place while he licks into his mouth. This is a lot more than it's ever been, just this, skin pressing against skin, and them being alone together for the first time in a long time. ]

[That's new - more than just a little new, because this is more intimate than they've ever been, at least physically. Steve's hands move down to Bucky's chest, his broad palms flattening at his ribs, and then further down to Bucky's waistband]

Is that okay?

[Yes, Steve will ask that about 60 times in the next fifteen minutes, sorry, Bucky]

[ Bucky just rolls his eyes, locks his legs around Steve's waist enough to make the move over easy, this time the other man pinned to the bed. He grins then, boyish and mischevious, leans in to kiss along Steve's neck. ]

You don't have t'be worried. [ Hands low on his stomach. ] S'just me, and I got your back, okay?

[Steve looks up - his pupils are blown wide, dark and aroused, only the barest hint of blue around them. He moves his hands to Bucky's legs, hefting him up, closer]

You have to lead point on his, Sergeant Barnes.

[ With a breathless noise, Bucky just smiles, shifts so he's putting pressure in all the right places. ]

Hey, y'know me, anythin' for the Captain.

[Steve's mouth opens but a sound doesn't come out; that pressure came at precisely the right instant, all that Steve manages is an inarticulate mumble in the back of his throat. His hips rock up, but his hands move to compensate, to keep Bucky seated.]

[ He's feeling hot all over, but this is the only time in weeks it's been acceptable, hands on Steve's stomach and the rest of him leaning in to kiss him as dirty as possible, because he's been holding back for him, and now he doesn't have to. ]

[Steve surges up into the kiss, so he's almost seated, his hands still on Bucky's thighs - it's a testament to the muscles in Steve's abs, which don't seem to find this even slightly strenuous. As dirty as Bucky is making it, Steve's rising to that challenge, kissing Bucky like the inside of his mouth is coated in something sticky and sweet.

No holding back, none at all. Steve's attitude towards this is strong and focused and he won't stop now.]

[ It's Bucky who breaks away, arms around his shoulder, twisting in Steve's lap. ] Why do you even wear clothes? I am -- [ Hand working between them. ] -- relieving you of your uniform, Cap.

Yessir.

[Steve's smile is radiant and laughing, because if this feels amazing, and this is just the preliminary, then he understands why all those girls followed Bucky around Brooklyn.

He lifts his hips slightly like and offering, his own hands going down to help Bucky divest him.]

And I wear them because you get upset when I go without, remember?

Okay, maybe y'should just be naked around me then, huh?

[ Bucky wraps his fingers around Steve's waistband, grins at him. ] Then I wouldn't mind so much.

[Steve's got his trousers and his y-fronts on - when he got dressed he hadn't been planning for his, but at least he hasn't got on shoes]

Who knows when the Network would turn on and see?

I'll throw the devices out the window, we'll be fine.

[ Look, he's got that button undone, so he's just pushing Steve's trousers over his hips. ] See, I have a plan for everything.

They both not here?

[He means the devices, in the room. That would be a burst of cold water. His is in the kitchen.

But despite the question he just moves his hands down to the bed so he can push himself up for a second, so that Bucky can get his trousers down, and kicks his legs a bit.]

[ Once that's seen to, Bucky crowds Steve back against the sheets again, presses a kiss against his mouth again, fingertips running boldly across the front of his briefs. ]

[Steve returns the kiss, his hands going around Bucky's waist, spanning them as much as he can. His hands are so much bigger now, callused oddly from the shield. The hold on tight, because as much as Steve does remember his strength, sometimes he can't control it.

There will be bruises.]
